Born amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, PopCartPDX emerged as a response to the absence of music venues and dancing spaces. Our vision was to craft a safe outdoor experience, leading to the inception of our bike-pulled project. This initiative has not only sparked inspiration for thousands of dancers and numerous DJs but has also provided a platform for artists who might not have found one otherwise. At PopCartPDX, our focus is on fostering the love of music, dancing, and art. If you’ve attended any summer bike events in Portland, chances are you’ve witnessed PopCartPDX in action.
