PDXWLF 2024 Accepted Artist Submission Form – Portland Winter Light Festival

Please fill out the following questions to be published on our website and your artist signage. Fill out as much information as you have. Upon submission, you’ll receive a copy of your entry. If there are errors in this or changes, please contact us. We may edit for clarity. The deadline for this information is December 15th, 2023.
