Beacons of the Past Lives Community

Rather than looking at each piece of art individually, I invite you to see this space as a whole. Past Lives functions as a third space that not only allows us as members to share in communal spaces and practice alternative forms of organizing, but also is an organization that was specifically founded to combat the symptoms of systemic violence caused by the prison industrial complex. Past Lives is a place where we can try and fail and be forgiven. Our very existence proves that we can keep growing and build beautiful things no matter how we have been hurt in our past lives.
